Precautions for charging quartz crucible

Release time:2024-11-14Views:171

When charging a quartz crucible, the wrong method will not only cause loss to the crucible, but also lead to poor charging effect and affect the later use effect. So the following is a small editor to tell you what matters need to pay more attention to when charging crucibles.

1. When filling blocks, they should be packed as densely as possible below the liquid level line, and surface contact should be made between the middle and lower blocks and crucible walls. The blocks above the liquid level line should have a point contact surface to avoid deformation caused by the quartz crucible being bent inward due to hanging edges in the solution.

2. When filling fine crushed materials, try to put the small materials into the middle and lower part of the quartz crucible. Do not pour all the crushed materials on the crucible. When filling, you can leave some pieces on top of the small materials. In this way, when the lower raw materials are completely dissolved, the upper block will carry the broken materials down together by its own gravity.

Therefore, when loading a quartz crucible, you must pay attention to these two points and load it according to the correct charging method. At the same time, before charging the crucible, be sure to conduct a detailed inspection of the crucible to ensure that there are no abnormal problems in the crucible before charging. This can ensure that the crucible can be used normally, thereby avoiding problems during use.
